The Principal's Welcome

Welcome to the 2019/20 school year!  A lot happens at school over the summer from cleaning the building to organizing materials; hiring new staff and planning instruction. Our staff has been hard at work preparing for the new school  year.

This year, in additional to teaching your children academic content and skills in all areas, we will support their ability to self-assess. This will help them be more self-directed learners who know what they are learning, how they are doing, and what they need to learn next to reach their learning goals. These skills will be important as we implement Enrichment Clusters and RULER. You will hear more about those initiatives through the year.
