Botelle Shines in Norfolk’s Memorial Day Parade

ree

On Memorial Day, the heart of Norfolk beat a little louder as children and staff from Botelle School proudly marched in honor of our nation’s heroes. With flags waving, Botelle banner in the lead, and patriotic pride on full display, the Botelle community was a vibrant and meaningful part of the town’s annual remembrance.

Dressed in Botelle colors, students walked alongside teachers, administrators, and families. Their participation was more than just a tradition—it was a heartfelt tribute to the men and women who have served and sacrificed for our country.

Along the parade route, onlookers smiled and applauded as the Botelle group passed by, representing not only the future of Norfolk but also the deep sense of community and gratitude that Memorial Day embodies. The school’s presence served as a reminder that honoring our veterans is a lesson best taught early and lived often.

A big thank you goes out to all the staff, students, and families who took time out of their long weekend to participate—and to all those who have served, we thank you for your courage, your sacrifice, and your legacy.
